REIJ Inc. (“REIJ,” “we,” “our”) builds custom carpentry remodels in the Chicago area. This page explains, in plain English, what information we collect when you use reijinc.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as possible and we never sell it.
1. What we collect
The only personal information we collect is what you voluntarily provide through the quote form on this site:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Project details you type in the message field
Along with the submission we record the page URL you submitted from, an approximate timestamp, and a referral source (for example, whether the visit came from a search engine or an advertisement). We do not collect financial information, government IDs, or sensitive personal data.
2. Cookies and tracking
The website itself does not set any tracking cookies. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies at this time. If we add web analytics or advertising pixels in the future (for example, Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) this page will be updated and a cookie-consent banner will appear before any non-essential trackers load.
3. How we use your information
The information you submit is used only to:
- Respond to your inquiry by phone, email, or text — typically within one business day.
- Prepare a quote and discuss your project.
- Maintain a customer record so that we can recognise you on subsequent calls and refer back to prior conversations.
4. Where your information goes
When you submit the quote form, your information is transmitted to a small number of trusted processors that help us receive and act on the lead:
- GoHighLevel — our customer-relationship system, used to store your contact details and quote history.
- Resend — used to deliver an email copy of the submission to our inbox at reijinc@gmail.com.
- Telegram — used to notify our team instantly so we can call you back promptly.
Each of these processors is bound by their own published privacy and security policies. We share only the information necessary to deliver the message — never for marketing, profiling, or resale.
5. How long we keep it
We keep quote-form submissions and any subsequent project records for as long as needed to deliver a quote, complete a project, and honour any workmanship obligations afterward. If you ask us to delete your record we will do so within thirty days unless we are required by law to keep it.
6. Sharing with others
We do not sell or rent your information to third parties under any circumstances. We may share it only when required by law (for example, a valid court order) or when necessary to enforce our Terms of Service.
7. Your choices
You can, at any time:
- Ask us what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or update that information.
- Ask us to delete it entirely.
- Opt out of future communications.

8. Children
This website is intended for adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen.
9. Security
All form submissions are sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Our processors store data on infrastructure with industry-standard safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for a reasonable period.
